BIM for architecturepractices and construction sites.
Running BIM on residential, mixed-use, hospitality and public projects since 2017. For architecture practices: template and standards setup, team training, model checking. For contractors: quantities and room schedules taken straight from the model.

Services
Revit add-in development
C# against the Revit API. Dimensioning, room numbering, schedule export and similar manual routines collapse into one command.
You receiveInstaller, source code, usage notes
BIM setup and standards
Project templates, family libraries, naming and parameter structure. Shared parameter sets and ISO 19650 family organisation are put in place.
You receiveTemplate file, family library, parameter list, BEP
Training
Run on a live project of your own, never on a prepared sample file. What you keep afterwards is a project that moved forward, not a training exercise.
You receiveSession recording, short guide, the project itself
Project-based modelling
Architectural model production and DWG to Revit conversion. Includes model checking: unenclosed rooms, elements missing from schedules.
You receiveRevit model, check report, drawing sheets
How the work runs
- 01
Conversation
Which task is still done by hand, and how many people it touches.
- 02
Review
A live project file, template and family library are examined. Findings come in writing.
- 03
Build
Depending on scope: an add-in is written, a template is set up, or training is run.
- 04
Handover
Source code, installer and usage notes are handed over.
Experience
These are not this office's projects. They are a selection of work done as an architect and BIM lead while employed at other architecture practices.
Tools in use
BIM Butler
A Revit add-in suite I built and use on consulting work. Not a product for sale; it is part of how the work gets done, speeding up setup, model checking and take-off. Built around Turkish data sources like the cadastral service and Istanbul's municipal standards.
